Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and sg55 ("sg55," "we," "us," "our"). By registering an account, accessing the sg55 platform, or placing any bet or wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the sg55 platform.
1 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "Platform" refers to the sg55 website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated services accessible at sg55.club.
- "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a User on the sg55 Platform.
- "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's sg55 wallet, including real-money deposits and credited bonuses where applicable.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by sg55.
- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
- "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required by sg55 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the sg55 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the sg55 Platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
- You have read and agree to the sg55 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You are not acting on behalf of any third party in connection with your use of the Platform.
sg55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3 Eligibility & Registration
⚠️ Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the sg55 Platform, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. sg55 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age verification documents will be required during the KYC process.
To be eligible to register an account with sg55, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law.
- Not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of sg55, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- Not have a previously suspended or terminated sg55 account.
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) sg55 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
sg55 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
4 Account Responsibilities
As a registered Player, you are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your sg55 Login credentials, including your username and password.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
- Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.
- Notifying sg55 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
sg55 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, Live Chat, or any other communication channel. You should treat any such request as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
sg55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
sg55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
- Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
- Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
- Withdrawal Processing Time: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
- Verification Requirement: sg55 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed identity verification.
- Same Method Policy: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. sg55 reserves the right to apply this policy at its discretion to prevent fraud.
- Currency: All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion fees are charged by sg55, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
sg55 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected bonus abuse. Players will be notified of any such delay via their registered email address or through the Live Chat support channel.
Deposits made to sg55 are for gaming purposes only. sg55 does not act as a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
sg55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be subject to geographic, payment method, or game-type restrictions.
- Each bonus offer will specify an applicable wagering requirement. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement after the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
- sg55 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain slot titles may contribute at different rates.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
- sg55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Any Player found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using bonus funds in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or exploiting promotional terms — will have their bonus cancelled, any associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be suspended or permanently closed.
Note: sg55 promotions are intended for recreational players. If sg55 determines that a Player is participating in promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, sg55 reserves the right to withdraw bonus eligibility from that Player's account.
7 Betting Rules
All bets placed on the sg55 Platform are subject to the following general rules:
- Bets are final once confirmed. sg55 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
- sg55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed.
- In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, sg55 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the Player's account.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted by sg55 at any time.
- sg55 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets at its sole discretion.
- For live casino games, the rules of each individual game (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, etc.) as displayed within the game interface shall govern the outcome of each round. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail for that specific game.
- For sports betting markets covering PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events, sg55's sportsbook rules as published on the Platform shall apply. Results are determined based on official results from the relevant governing body.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sg55 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one account on the Platform.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain.
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other Players.
- Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the sg55 Platform without prior written authorization from sg55.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the sg55 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of sg55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
- Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.
Any unauthorized use of sg55's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sg55 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond sg55's reasonable control.
- Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or promotional information that results from a technical error, provided that sg55 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.
sg55's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their sg55 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude sg55's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11 Responsible Gaming
⚠️ Play Responsibly: Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. sg55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. If gambling is no longer fun, please use the tools available to you or seek help.
sg55 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to control their spending.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to be notified when they have been playing for a specified duration.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the sg55 support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
- Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.
sg55 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all Players. If sg55 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage Player will be forfeited.

12 Termination & Suspension
sg55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Conduct that sg55 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the experience of other Players.
- A Player's voluntary request to close their account.
Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, sg55 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, where such termination results from fraudulent conduct, bonus abuse, or other material breach.
Where an account is terminated for reasons other than breach — such as a voluntary closure request — any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the sg55 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the sg55 support team. sg55 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of such dispute.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent sg55 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
